The Apartment

Welcome to our 2nd Home in the picturesque village of Kaprun. The apartment is situated in a quiet yet central location, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre, with all its designer shops, gourmet restaurants and stylish bars.

The apartment was purchased from new in 2006. The apartment block was named by the architect as Exclusive apartment Kitzsteinhorn, and it certainly lives up to its name with its modern design.

The apartment layout was space planned by local designer Charley Wagner in order to maximise the 34 m² of indoor living area. Top of the range Gas BBQ and metallic furniture compliment the outdoor garden and terrace ,making the overall experience suited to both family's and groups of 4 persons.

The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. This includes a 3 seater leather sofa bed, glass and chrome table with green leather chairs. Leather Bed, fur throw, full height his and her wardrobes. A Kenwood separates sound system with an extensive Library of CD’s & DVD’s, X-box 360 make for your entertainment.

Towels, bed linen, cleaning of the apartment and laundry washing is all inclusive within the weekly price stated.

In the basement there is a shared washing machine and separate dryer for your use. Sports equipment which is available for you to use includes 2 his and hers matching Mountain bikes and a set of right handed golf clubs.

The local ski bus is free with your lift pass, and runs from around 8 am - 4.30 every 30 mins in peak season. The nearest stop is just a minute or so walk (see apartment map)
